RETURNS & REFUNDS

Faulty Goods – Any verified faulty goods will be exchanged or fully refunded. If you discover a fault with any of our products please contact us straight away to discuss the options.

Non Faulty Goods – If you change your mind about your purchse then they can be exchanged to the same value (excluding any postage costs) if returned unworn, in perfect condition with the labels/tags still on, within 7 days of purchase.  For hygiene reasons which we hope you can understand, briefs of any kind cannot be returned.  All postage costs are payable by the customer.

General – We recommend that in both cases you obtain a receipt form the Post Office as proof of postage.  Any items returned must be clearly labelled ‘bought online’ with a copy of the receipt or invoice.
